How to setup your new company PC
Your new PC comes added into our management system, but further action will need to be taken from your end before the PC can be used
Follow these steps to complete the setup:
- Turn the device on and connect it to the internet
- Click on Set up for work or school
- Enter your Microsoft credentials and verify your identity with a phone call or text
- If you've never logged in, your Supervisor will provide you with your temporary credentials, and you will be prompted to change them on first log in
- If your phone number is not listed, please follow the on-screen steps to add one (A personal number is prefered and is not shared with anyone for this feature)
- If the phone number listed is something you don't recognize, please get with your supervisor and send an email to HelpDesk@StradaServices.com
- You will be brought to a page that will complete the isntallation of apps and policy adjustments
- This step will take some time, please be patient
- If the setup fails, please click the button to Retry
- If the setup fails more than once, please get with your Supervisor and send an email to HelpDesk@StradaServices.com
- Once the PC reboots, you will need to re-enter your Microsoft credentials
- If you recieve a popup asking if IT@Stradaservices can control your PC, click Confirm
- There will be various windows that popup asking for login credentials
- Please log into all with your Microsoft credentials
- The PC is now usable, however, it may take up to 24 hours for policies to apply
