How to setup and configure Egnyte on your Strada PC
Installing Egnyte Desktop App
Egnyte should already be installed on your company device. In the event it is not:
- Open the Company Portal app
- Search for Egnyte in the top left search bar and click Install inside the Egnyte app
If you are trying to install Egnyte on a device that wasn't provided by Strada, please download the Egnyte desktop app from here:

Singing into Egnyte Desktop App
Open the Egnyte Desktop App and you will be met with the Sign in screen below.
- Enter your Strada Services Microsoft email and press Continue
- Egnyte will open a Microsoft login page in your browser, use your Strada Services Microsoft email credentials to log in
- After signing in, you may see a notification to allow your browser to open the Egnyte Desktop App, Check Allow and click Ok
- Once you see the page below, you are signed into the Egnyte Desktop and are free to close out of your browser:
Configuring the Egnyte Desktop App
Egnyte should be pre-configured once you are signed in, however, follow these steps to ensure you have the correct settings applied:
- Open the Egnyte Desktop App from the System Tray in the bottom right of Windows
- In the Settings tab, ensure the app displays Connected next to stradaservices
- Click the Options menu and select Configure
- Your drive will be disconnected while it's being configured, press Continue
- Ensure that the Drive letter is set to Z:
- Additionally, you can set the Co-editing app defaults here which allow you to Co-edit Microsoft documents in realtime:
- Click Save at the bottom right and Egnyte will reconnect the drive

Congratulations!
You should now see the Egnyte Z: drive in your File Explorer alongside the S: Drive
