RFPO Addition Process
This article highlight the process in which RFPO additions are made
Tickets in reference:
Step 1: Adding Jobs into the RFPO "database"
- Open Roughs n Trims Log document in S:\Roughs n Trims Log
- Confirm that the job number that is being requested to be added isn’t already in this document
- Open New Start - Bolt to DOPS in the same directory
- Look up the job number in NetSuite
- Use sheet New Start - Bolt to DOPs and fill in first tab
- The following chart shows corresponding fields from the excel sheet and NetSuite Job details

7. Copy the row as it appears on the second row and paste in CustomerInfo to Billing on the last row
8. Make sure the date and number formats are correct.
9. Paste the Job number in the RFPO template document to ensure the first set of fields populate and so does the billing. If the billing does not populate proceed to step 2.
*Click update whenever requested when opening the sheets
Step 2: Loading Billing Information into a Job
- Open RFPO Template (location S:\Shared Files) [Prior access to the S drive is needed, this is soon to change to a different Drive]
- Copy and paste Job Number in Entry Page
- Confirmed no entry match ups

- Open CustomerInfo to Billing (location S:\Shared Files\data)
- Find Customer # from “Billing Information” from document RFPO Template
- If nothing is found, an addition has to be made alphabetically
- Type Job Number in netsuite
- Select “Customer”
- Find where alphabetically the new customer number can fit
- Fill out information obtained from NetSuite
- Field A corresponds to Customer ID
- Field B corresponds to Company Name
- B2B on netsuite indicates the group is most likely “Builder / Building”
- Field G may or may not be listed in Netsuite
- Field I corresponds to Address
- Fields J and K correspond to Customer ID
- Save the file and test by entering your job number into the a newly opened version of CustomerInfo to Billing
- The fields should populate according to entries made in RFPO Template.
