NetSuite Item Line Definitions:
"QUANTITY": Items that are being requested in order for Order to be "FULFILLED" and "INVOICED"
"AVAILIBLE": Items that are currently available for orders based on warehouse including items that have already been processed for other orders
"ON HAND": Items that are actively available to pick from for Orders
"BACK ORDERED": Back ordered items based on "QUANTITY" available against "AVAILABLE" and "ON HAND" numbers
"FULFILLED": Items that have been "COMMITED" that have "PICKED", "PACKED"
"COMMITED": Quantity of items that are to undergo picking process in order to invoice for

If either "COMMITED" or "FULFILLED" quantities does not match qty listed in "QUANTITY" and there is enough qty based on "ON HAND" qty and there is no value in "BACK ORDERED", we will re-allocate the remaining qty.
In the above example, line one has PRGMET1G4412 P-RING METAL 1G 4x4 1/2" RAISED has a qty of 5 that have been "FULFILLED" however the "QUANTITY" amount has 7. Which is mismatched.
- Similarly, if the item quantities haven't been "PICKED", and the quantity of "COMMITED" does not match "QUANTITY", a re-allocation process must occur as well.
-
To address this, a re-allocation process must take place.
