DF6 Flow: Item creation from NetSuite into Service Titan
You need to create the item in NetSuite and fill out all the required fields.
In addition to the required fields there’s new ones for the flow to be able to create the materials, equipments or/and services in Service Titan.
If the item is an AC equipment you need to select the Product Category to ACEQUIP
Under that Segmentation new fields have been added.
Source System is always: Service Titan
ST Preferred Vendor ID:
AC & PLUM ServiceTitan Orders – Only for AC or Plumbing materials & equipments
ELEC & SEC ServiceTitan Orders – Only for Electrical or Security materials & Equipments
AC Truck Stock – Is for items with UoM issues.
Item ST category:
Any equipment or service can use: AC – Service categories
Materials can only use the ones with AC – Material categories names
*Make sure you set a price under Purchasing/Inventory tab and Sales/Pricing tab as well.
Once everything is filled out your item is going to be created in Service Titan next time the flow runs.
Item is now in ServiceTitan and you can reference the item in NetSuite under the field ServiceTitan Item ID:
If you need to change the category or add more all you need to do is go to NetSuite add the new category to it and the next time the flow run it will catch the new category.
Any other update to the item in NetSuite Ex. Code, Description, prices etc it will migrate into Service Titan as well as updates.
Repeat the same process for materials and services.
*If the item is not needed in Service Titan leave the Source System empty and you don’t need to fill out the fields that I mentioned in this document.*
