BOLT instructions for a supervisor to be able to view another supervisor's schedule when they're helping out. They have to have the additional office assigned to them if helping another dispatch.

This feature allows supervisors to view schedules from other communities, cities, or specific supervisors via the mobile app.

To use this feature:

Open the mobile app and select the search bar.
Choose the desired search category:

Community: Search for jobs within specific communities.
Supervisor: Search for jobs in another supervisor’s assigned territories.
Cities: Search for jobs within specific cities.

Begin typing in the name, and related results will start to appear.
Select the desired results.
Click the sync (refresh icon) button. The jobs within the selected schedule will now be visible in the app until midnight.
